Neighbourhood pizza shop Yard Sale Pizza will open its 12th London site next month.

The new restauruant on Dartmouth Park Hill in Tufnell Park will serve Yard Sale’s signature menu of 12-inch and 18-inch pizzas.

The brand, founded by Jonnie Tate, Dan Spinney and Nick Buckland, prepares to celebrate its 10th birthday this year.

The brand originally launched in 2014 as a weekly supper club, before moving into a permanent site in Clapton, East London.

It now operates in areas including, Crofton Park, Balham, Crystal Palace, East Dulwich, Walthamstow and Tottenham.

Yard Sale’s Tufnell Park restaurant will offer delivery using its in-house delivery service and hold a few seats for dine-in guests.

In October, Tate told MCA that the brand would open three to four locations in London in 2024 and would continue picking up its pace of expansion as it looks to hit the 150-site target.

The neighbourhood pizza chain is keen to secure new investment to accelerate expansion.

“After an initial review, we’re actively looking for opportunities to find the right partner,” Tate said. “We’re patient but also ambitious.”

He said that there was also scope to grow outside the capital, with target cities to include Manchester and Brighton, as well as university towns and satellite towns around the M25.
