Wulf & Lamb has secured a new site, on 66 Chiltern Street, Marylebone.

The vegan restaurant from Rosanna Von Zweigbergk and Philip Ryan will open its second site in the new development, from landlord Ronson Capital Partners.

The all-day food concept, which opened its debut on Pavilion Road in Chelsea in 2017, is taking 2,560 sq ft on a 15-year lease and will occupy the corner location at the junction with Paddington Street.

Wulf & Lamb is expected to open in Marylebone next month.

Richard Griston, partner at Knight Frank, said: “The key driver behind our leasing strategy, working with Ronson Capital Partners, was to secure a quality operator that complemented the high-end nature of the development, its residents and the location. Wulf & Lamb is a great fit for Chiltern Place that will only enhance the offering and reputation of food and beverage concepts in Marylebone.”

Knight Frank acted on behalf of Ronson Capital Partners and Raven Rose acted on behalf of Wulf & Lamb.
