The debut site for Wright & Bell, the Imbiba-backed concept led by former M&B director Jayne Baker, will be called the Kitty Hawk and will open in November, MCA has learnt.

The 15,000sq ft “department store of dining” in Finsbury Circus, will have a fine dining grill restaurant, New York style bar, deli, patisserie and coffee shop and an all-day dining area open from 7am until midnight in the heart of Finsbury Circus.

The site, which will offer a brunch service on a Saturday, is described as an “exciting new social destination offering London everything from a morning coffee, breakfast through to lunch, dining and a vibrant bar area”.

The company has also appointed Mark Bond, formerly of Mitchells & Butlers, as its firs operations director.
