Andrew Wong, the chef behind the acclaimed, Victoria-based Chinese restaurant A. Wong, has confirmed details of the new concept he is set to launch next spring at the new Bloomberg Arcade development in the City.

As previously revealed by MCA, Wong is working with the White Rabbit Fund, which also backs Kricket and Island Poke, on the new concept that “will offer a premium casual, all day dining menu based on Andrew’s creative interpretation of classic Chinese dishes”.

It is thought that White Rabbit and Wong will look to open further sites under the new concept, which has a working title of Madame Wong.

As previously flagged up by MCA, Bleecker Burger, Koya, Ahi Poke, Caravan, Vinoteca, Homeslice and Brigadiers – a new concept by JKS Restaurants, have opened this week or are set to open at the scheme.

Legendary chef Pierre Koffmann and Sourced Market have also been linked with opening at the development.
