Wok to Walk, the international street food and Asian cuisine concept, has secured its first site in Bristol.

The c50-strong group, which launched in 2004, will open this spring in the city’s Park Street.

It will be the seventh opening in the UK for the company, which operates four sites in London and two in Cardiff.

The group prides itself on being the “first restaurant chain that doesn’t work as a restaurant chain”.

It operates sites across Europe, the US and Central America, plus Morocco.
