Former Hoxton Grill chef JP Tanti has launched a new restaurant in Fulham specialising in experimental chicken wing and egg dishes.

WingsEggs is a 45-cover site serving wing varieties including Dita Maltease with peanuts and honey; Pimp My Ride cooked in Jack Daniels; Miso Japanese style; and Fulham Jerk wings with a Jamaican marinade.

Diners can choose to eat the chicken with their fingers or have it deboned and served in a brioche or with salad.

Duck, quail, emu, and ostrich eggs are on the menu alongside hen, and can be served scrambled, boiled or poached depending on customer preference.

Also available is the Mr Jagger burger, which Tanti describes as only being edible to those with ‘a big mouth’. Drinks include European craft beers such as Fruh, Chimay, Erdinger and Orchard Pig.

WingsEggs is open 5pm-11pm Monday-Friday and 12pm-11pm Saturday-Sunday at 453 North End Road, off Fulham Broadway.
