The majority of the food & beverage operators set to open at the new Westfield Stratford City development have been confirmed, with openings lined up for Franco Manca, Jamie’s Italian, YO! Sushi, Tortilla and Wagamama, amongst others.

The shopping centre, which will open in 13 September, will feature in its Balcony area sites from Franco Manca, Tortilla, Rosa’s, Comptoir Libanais, Tossed, YO! Sushi, Caffe Concerto, and Lotus Leaf.

Franco Manca, is the pizza concept, which includes David Page ex- executive chairman of Clapham House Group as a shareholder, while The Westfield opening will mark the debut in the UK for Lotus Leaf.

A second Chip + Fish from Pascal Aussignac and Vincent Labeyrie will also open in the Balcony area.

Wagamama, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Giraffe have all taken spaces in the scheme’s Loft area, while Crepeaffaire joins Subway, McDonald’s and KFC in the food court on the lower ground floor.

The Jamie’s Italian will open on the Southern Boulevard and Chestnut Plaza part of the £1.45bn development, and will be joined by the Cow gastropub from Geronimo Inns; Wahaca; Balans; and the third Bumpkin restaurant and bar from the Ignite Group.
