Wendy’s, the US burger operator, has been named as the top quick service restaurant chain in a new survey by Zagat
The restaurant guide’s US fast-food poll ranked Subway in second place, followed by McDonald’s, KFC and Burger King.
Wendy’s also came first in the last Zagat survey two years ago.
Tim Zagat, the chief executive of Zagat, said that the chains that fared the best offered a lot of value to diners, which was considered more important than ever in the current economy.
