The Waney family, which founded Zuma, Roka and Le Petite Maison, is looking to launch a new fast food concept called Stixx Yakitori.

The family, which is headed by Arjun, is looking for sites between 450sq ft and 1,500sq ft in City of London, Kings Cross, Soho, Covent Garden and Canary Wharf.

The group has appointed David Rawlinson of Restaurant Property to find sites in high footfall areas with a dense office population in close proximity to train stations.

Waney is also a backer of Coco di Mama, the London-based quick-service Italian concept.
