Healthy eating chain Vital Ingredient is opening its 20th store today at Victoria.
The site at Petty France follows successful openings on Middlesex and Gresham Streets this summer.
This expansion is on the back of April’s £12m management buyout by LDC and Santander, which saw Graham Turner named chairman of the board and the company committed to growing the brand to 35 stores in the next three years.
Managing director Paolo Peretti said: “We are excited by the new opening. We’ve had a lot of success with our two new stores since LDC and Santander’s investment, and although opening in winter presents different challenges, we are confident that the prime location and concentration of businesses in the area will mean promising sales from the off. It’s great to think there are now 20 Vitals, and I look forward to seeing 20 more.”
