Vietnamese Kitchen, the London-based Vietnamese restaurant operator, has secured its fifth site and its second in Soho.
The group has taken the site of the Burlington Café at 9 Poland Street for the new 1,157 sq ft restaurant called Keu Soho, which will trade across ground and basement levels.
The Vietnamese Kitchen has taken an assignment of the existing lease at a rent of £55,000 per year.
Sally French of Restaurant Property, who advised the Burlington Café, said: “This is a great location for office workers and tourists alike. The Vietnamese Kitchen offering of healthy, quick and reasonably priced food is very on trend.”
The acquisition takes Vietnamese Kitchen’s roster to five restaurants, joining Viet Grill on Kingsland Road, Kêu on Old Street and two Cây Tre outlets, one also on Old Street and one on Dean Street in Soho.
