The team behind Holborn Vietnamese restaurant Viet Eat have launched a crowdfunding campaign to launch London’s first Vietnamese burger concept.
Pho and Bun will centre around 28-day dry aged beef for the patty and steamed milky buns teamed with the Pho soup which has been steamed for 18 hours.
Chef-Manager Andy Le has secured a site on Shaftesbury Avenue which will offer 80 covers on the ground floor and basement and open everyday from noon to 11pm.
He is using KickStarter to raise £35,000 to spend on kitchen and bar equipment as well as funding accessories and intercontinental shipping.
