Augustus Harris, a new concept inspired by the bacari of Venice, is to open in Covent Garden later this month.
The Venetian grocery and bacaro format, which is the brainchild of Charles McDermott, will open at 33 Catherine Street.
It is named after a 19th-century manager of the nearby Drury Lane theatre.
