Turtle Bay, the Piper Private Equity-backed Caribbean restaurant chain, has already lined up four openings for next year, M&C Report understands.

The group, which recently opened its 11th site in Crawley, is set to open in Bournemouth, Cardiff, Cheltenham and York. The latter site would become its first in the north east.

The company, which is led Aj Jaya-Wickrema, will open its next two sites next month in Preston’s Birley Street and Guildford’s North Street.

The company, in which Piper has invested £6m, is on track to achieve its target of opening a further 20 outlets over the next three to five years.
