The group, which recently exchanged on its seventh site in Bath, has submitted a licencing application for the unit at 81-91 John Bright Street in the city for a scheduled opening next year.

The Piper Private Equity-backed group recently secured a c5,000sq ft unit in Bath’s Bridge Street and is close to securing a further unit in Cardiff as part of plans to open five new restaurants during 2014.
