Tsuru Sushi, the three-strong London-based restaurant chain, is looking to open a second site under sister concept, Tonkotsu Bar & Ramen.

It is thought the business, which is led by Emma Reynolds and Ken Yamada, has secured a site in Hackney for a launch later this summer for the second site under the concept that launched last year at the former Cafe Creperie site in Soho.

It previously operated the concept as a pop-up.

The group currently operates Tsuru sites in the City at Mansion House, Bishopsgate and Bankside.
