Tricon Global Restaurants has put its 106 KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outlets in Singapore up for sale.
The price is estimated at nearly $113m (£77m).
The sale is part of Tricon's refranchising programme.
Two Malaysian parties are thought to be among the potential buyers, including Asutl, a local distributor of Evian and Budweiser.
