TRG Concessions has launched a new concept called The Station Pantry within Eurostar’s departure lounge.

The all-day kitchen and bar will offer a range of speciality coffee and craft beers on tap, while the food menu included several vegan and vegetarian options.

TRG Concessions said it has looked to combined grab and go functionality with a bar element, with the site to have a digital food and drink pre-ordering facility, which will be able via the Eurostar website and app.

Nick Ayerst, managing director of TRG Concessions, said: “We are delighted to add a new brand to our portfolio that will resonate with Eurostar’s passengers and provide great “take on board” and sit-down meal options in the busy departure lounge.”
