High-profile chef Mitch Tonks is to open a third Rockfish restaurant with business partner Mat Prowse in Torquay.
The 60-cover restaurant is located by the harbourside in the town.
Tonks said: “You can’t get better than eating seafood by the sea and I think the experience is worth the drive alone! The south coast of England has some of the world’s best fish and being on the coast means you can eat it the day it has been landed. Torbay is such a wonderful coastline and we are looking forward to Rockfish being part of the community and a new destination for seafood lovers.”
Other Rockfish restaurants are in Dartmouth and Bristol. The business partners also operate the Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth.
