Mitch Tonks, the founder of Fishworks, is to open his third restaurant in the South West.
He opens his second Rockfish Seafood & Chips in Dartmouth on 14 June.
He also runs the Seahorse in the same town and operates the first Rockfish Grill & Seafood Market in Bristol.
The 75-cover Rockfish Seafood & Chips will be an informal eaterie offering views over the river Dart. The restaurant will be managed by Jamie Atkinson, who previously worked at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami, Florida.
