Poké and matcha concept, Tombo, is to launch a third site next month, in the heart of Fitzrovia.
The brand already operates in South Kensington and Soho but has now secured a site in Windmill Street.
The company is run by family trio; mother Manami and brothers Louis and Leo Sloley.
The menu offers Classic Poké, which combines Salmon or Tuna with Sesame Soy (gluten free), Spring Onion, Edamame, Sesame Seeds and Nori, as well as Kaisen Poké, with Ponzu Citrus Soy, Salmon and Tuna, Edamame, Avocado and Nori. There are also Vegan Specials, Teriyaki Chicken Poké and a ‘build your own’ option.
