The trend towards high-end burger restaurants has been recognised by Time Out, which has added a Best Burger Bar award to its Eating and Drinking awards.
The accolade will be fought over this year by Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Hamburger Union, Fine Burger Co, Hache and Ultimate Burger.
