Tiger Bills Kitchen, the pub kitchen franchise spin off from Lifestyle Hospitality Group, is growing its presence having signed agreements with a pub in Margate and a multi-site operator in Coventry.

A further six franchisees are in discussion to launch the brand in the coming months in pub kitchens, Lifestyle Hospitality Group (LHG) operation director Ioan Eyton-Jones told M&C Report.

There is scope to grow it at a bigger scale as Eyton-Jones said a national pub operator has approached LHG to install the kitchen franchise at multiple sites.

The first Tiger Bills Kitchen opened seven weeks ago and is now installed in three pubs under franchise in Port Isaac, Cornwall and two pubs in Taunton, Devon. The concept has gained interest from a lot of existing landlords looking to bring a strong established food offering they can compete with the high street.

“Delivering quality and consistency is extremely difficult for a single operator but we have done that and can compete on a lot of different levels.”

He said food sales have quadrupled since Tiger Bills was launched in the Port Isaac pub kitchen and seen huge incremental uplift in food sales at each of the sites.
