The Real Greek, the Fulham Shore-owned concept, is to open a further site in south London after securing a site in Dulwich.

The 12-strong group, which recently opened in Bournemouth at the town’s new Odeon cinema-anchored development, is understood to have secured the Café Rouge in Dulwich Village for an opening later this year.

It had previously been in talks to take the former Jaflong restaurant site in Lordship Lane.

The company has also lined up a unit in the Debenhams in Reading’s Oracle shopping scheme, alongside sister brand Franco Manca.

Both the Real Greek and Franco Manca sites will feature 100ft terraces facing the river at the scheme.

Earlier this year, Fulham Shore chairman David Page told MCA that the group hoped to open two to three more The Real Greek sites this year, geared toward the second half of the year.

AG&G acted on the Dulwich deal.
