Barworks has confirmed that it will open the seventh site under its The Diner concept in Spitalfields, East London, this August.
The seventh Southern-inspired American Diner is set to open right at the heart of Old Spitalfields Market. The new site will see the launch of a brand new cocktail menu, as well as a range of the classic dishes on The Diner’s menu.
There are also plans for a varied and expansive craft beer selection.
Talking to M&C Report in March, co-founder Marc Francis-Baum said the company was looking to acquire two or three The Diners and the same number of bars each year, and was also looking at adding accommodation and cocktail bars for future growth.
