The Thai Square Company, the operator of Thai restaurants, has acquired the Michelin-starred Putney Bridge Restaurant and Bar.
It intends to reopen the riverside site on Thursday, 21 April.
The site, at 2-4 Lower Richmond Road, London, will join a stable of eight other restaurants, seven of which are in London with a eighth in Windsor, Berkshire.
The group's flagship venue is on Cockspur Street, Trafalgar Square.
