TGI Friday’s has revealed the biggest revamp of its menu since 2007 will launch on Friday.
The refreshed Meet Your Match menu will feature an extended range of dishes featuring Jack Daniel’s sauce, with the introduction of the Jack Daniel’s Pork Belly and Jack Daniel’s Bucket of Bones – a juicy, laid-back dish. Other new additions include a range of five hot dogs, inspired by New York street food and a new Warrior Dog
Terry McDowell, TGI Fridays’ head chef said: “Fridays is all about having fun, and we think these new additions to the Fridays food family will most certainly deliver on this, with their big personalities and American-inspired flavours to match. We can’t wait to unveil them to the nation, and for guests to come on in and meet their match at Fridays.”

Jack Daniel’s® Bucket of Bones
Adding to their exclusive Jack Daniel’s range, this new dish is easy going, laid back and perfect for those in the mood for a chilled catch up with friends. Tender slow cooked pork ribs and chicken wings tossed in Jack Daniel’s® glaze, toasted sesame seeds and chili flakes, topped with Texan toothpicks. Serves 2 - 3.
Chicken Finger BLT Waffle
If you like to mix it up, this combo of sweet and savoury’s for you. Crispy chicken breast tenders served in a sweet waffle with gooey melted cheese, rocket, fresh tomato, succulent crispy bacon and Honey Mustard mayo.
The Warrior Burger
Getting together with this one could leave you feeling like a champion – if you can handle it. Featuring two 7oz burgers piled high with Mozzarella fingers, Colby cheese, crispy bacon, American cheese, caramelized onions and Fridays® mayo. Served with crispy fries and onion rings, glory awaits those who can take on The Warrior.
Tostada Stacks
Feeling fiery? This’ll do the trick. Crispy flour tortillas packed with melted cheese, Cajun-spiced rice, jalapeños, chilies, garlic veg and topped with pico de gallo, Southwest sour cream and Fridays® Spicy Guacamole. Match with either Cajun-Spiced Chicken or Roasted Veg – delicious.
Jack Daniel’s® Chili Dog
Introducing this grilled pork ‘dog topped with hot and smoky Jack Daniel’s® beef chili, diced onions, Colby cheese, chilies and American mustard. What more could you ask for from your perfect match?
