Terrace Eatery, the restaurant and deli concept, is looking to expand across the South East, M&C Report has learnt.
The business, which is led by Gengiz and Jan Arif, currently operates a site in Kingston upon Thames but has appointed property advisors Lewis Craig to seek new locations.
They are looking for opportunities ranging from 800sq ft to 2,000sq ft, offering A1/A3 planning.
Locations of particular interest include Chiswick, Guildford, Putney, Richmond, Wimbledon and Windsor, plus central London locations such as the City and Victoria.
