Ten sees opportunities to consolidate market

Duncan Garrood, the chief executive of Ten Entertainment Group, has told MCA he is seeking to evolve the brand’s food and entertainment offers but stressed he is not trying to compete with either the casual dining or the competitive socialising sets.
