Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy is to open a second site under his new restaurant concept Tapas Revolution at Bluewater, Kent, in the middle of November.

The new 40-cover venue, which will be located in the shopping centre’s plaza area, will include, an open plan kitchen and a square 30-metre pewter bar that will be surrounded by high stools and a number of red leather booths for larger groups.

Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adrià at the iconic El Bulli restaurant in northern Spain and previously worked as head chef at El Pirata de Tapas in Notting Hill.

The first site under the concept opened at Westfield shopping centre in White City, London, at the end of last year.
