Transport concessions operator SSP has signed a seven-year deal worth £90m to open eight units and a conference centre at Düsseldorf Airport.
The outlets, which will open between 2017 and 2019, will two Jamie Oliver concepts - Jamie’s Deli and Jamie’s Coffee Van.
In addition, SSP will be opening a new concept by German TV chef Tim Mälzer called Hausmann’s. This full service restaurant, designed in vintage style, will serve a contemporary German menu. French-inspired café and patisserie Epi, and Italian family-restaurant ‘4 Cani’ will also feature, as well as KFC.
