SSP has opened a new bar and restaurant at Birmingham Airport called Factory Bar & Kitchen, inspired by the city’s heritage and role in the industrial revolution.
It will serve British classics, Birmingham favourites, wood fire stone-baked pizzas – including a Balti pizza and Balti burger.
Simon Smith, chief executive of SSP UK and Ireland said: “The Factory Bar & Kitchen has been designed in partnership with our clients at Birmingham Airport to offer all our customers a fantastic experience. We are delighted to provide local favourites to create a sense of place, all served in a warm and inviting environment. We look forward to welcoming all our guests to enjoy this great new concept.’’
