Manchester based bar and grill restaurant group Solita is adding its fourth site and second in the city centre.
The group will open on Deansgate on a former landmark shoe shop which had been trading since 1830, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Earlier this year it announced its third venue will open in Prestwich to add to its Didsbury site that opened last year and its original Northern Quarter restaurant.
The Deansgate restaurant is expected to open in early 2016 after Prestwich, which is due to open in August.
