Soho House Group has given an update on its pipeline, including a timeframe for its Brighton development and announcing a full refurbishment of its original Greek Street site.
The group said Greek Street would close on Friday for a project that will add more space to the club, which the company described “knackered and in need of a total refurbishment”.
The group confirmed that work was also planned ta Kettner’s, Café Boheme and Soho Kitchen & Bar – all scheduled to open in 2018.
It confirmed that Little Beach House in Brighton will open next spring with a roof terrace, pool, gym, club space as well as a Pizza east and Chicken Shop.
The group also updated on its international pipeline –with its second New York site, Ludlow House, due to open this Spring in Manhattan’s Lower East side. Soho House Barcelona will open in the autumn while its Mumbai site launches in the winter. Soho Warehouse – the second House in Los Angeles will open in late spring 2017 in the city’s Downtown Industrial District. Soho Canal House in Amsterdam is earmarked for summer 2017.
The group also released images of its planned development at the former BBC Television Centre site at White City. The site, which will open in Spring 2018, will have three floors of club space, including a rooftop with a pool, gym, four screen cinema, Allis Bar, Cecconi’s, Cowshed and 47 bedrooms.
