Soho House Group is planning to ramp up the expansion of its restaurant concepts over the next few years, as it gears up to open three new sites, M&C Report understands.

The group, which operates the Pizza East, Dirty Burger and Chicken Shop formats, has recently hired Gary Thomas, formerly operations director at YO! Sushi to oversee its restaurant operations.

It is set to open a new trial concept Egg Break on the former Thai Break site in Uxbridge Street, Notting Hill on a short term lease later this month.

The group will follow this up with the opening of new English deli concept Farmshop (the first of a roll out) in Bicester Village and the launch of the first Chicken & Egg Shop in Balham, serving breakfast and brunch and weekends.

The company hopes to add a further three sites before the end of the year, including two Dirty Burger units in London.

It is set to extend its site credentials for future Dirty Burger sites from c500sq ft to now up to 1,500sq ft.

The group plans to open eight to 10 sites under its current formats in 2016.
