Healthy eating concept, Skinny Kitchen, is set to open at Boxpark Croydon, MCA understands.
It will see the brand, which currently operates two restaurants in the UK as well as one in Belfast and two in Ibiza, introduce a grab and go format.
The concept was founded by four friends in Ibiza in 2014 and received early investment from Wayne Lineker, brother of Gary.
It describes its offer as a “fresh food brand that brings together every day food, with a clean healthy twist, smoothies and protein shakes, all made fresh”.
