Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK), Costa, Nando’s, The Stable, Mettricks, Neighbourhood and Tapas Barcelona have all been confirmed for the line-up at Southampton’s Arts Complex in the town’s cultural quarter.
The majority of operators are due to open by the end of this year while GBK and specialist tea and coffee house are due to open early 2016.
Tapas Barcelona is the sixth restaurant from independently owned Delicious Dining group which operates sites around the Solent including a boutique hotel.
Simon Armstrong, project director at property group Grosvenor, said: “Our ambition for this element of the new arts complex was to secure a variety of restaurants and cafes that would appeal to everyone living in, studying in, working in and visiting the Cultural Quarter. I’m very pleased that we are now 100% let. The operators who have chosen to open here complement each other really well and are a good fit with Southampton’s Cultural Quarter.”
Property specialist Savills advised Grosvenor on the lettings.
The complex includes residential spaces as well as the leisure and retail units.
