Senor Cerviche has sold its Fitzrovia site to Mediterranean concept Ampἑli.

The reassignment of the Charlotte Street lease leaves Harry Edmeades with one site under his Peruvian concept, at Kingly Court.

He operated at the former Barnyard site for just over two years.

Restaurant Property acted for Athens-born Jenny Pagoni in securing the debut site for Ampἑli, a Greek word meaning simply vineyard.

Expected to launch in December, it will focus on Greek food whilst exploring food from the wider East Mediterranean region including Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia and Israel.

The site is 1,347 sq ft and comes with a rent of £110,000 per annum with a lease on assignment that runs until 2032.

Nick Gross of hospitality consultancy LanburyHundred is Pagoni’s consultant on the project.

Shelley Sandzer acted for Senor Ceviche.
