Mission Mars-backed pizza concept Rudy’s has secured a site in Cheshire for its seventh restaurant.

Located in Stockton Heath, the site is set to open in a former Barclays unit in Church Farm Shopping Precinct, Walton Road, and is expected to seat around 50 people.

Known for its 24-hour fermented dough, the Rudy’s offer includes a selection of stone baked pizzas, classic Italian starters and desserts.

The Neapolitan pizza concept launched in Ancoats, Manchester, in 2015, and has since grown to six sites in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and Sale.

It was backed by Mission Mars in 2017, and sits alongside Albert’s Schloss in its portfolio.
