Rosylee, the English restaurant in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, has appointed Rob Owen Brown as executive chef as part of rebranding plans that will see the restaurant concept rolled-out nationwide with Leeds and York named as potential future locations, the Manchester Evening News reports
