Rosa’s, the London-based Thai café concept, has launched a new round of fundraising aimed at angel investors, in which it is looking to raise £500k for a 10% stake in the business valuing it at £5m, M&C Report has learnt.
The fundraising for four-strong group, which is believed to be already over hallway to being subscribed, will be used to grow the brand further in the capital.
The company, which is led by founders Alex and Saiphin Moore, raised £100k last year from friends and family towards opening its fourth site in Ganton Street in Soho.
M&C Report understands that all four of the group’s sites are trading well and that it feels it can grow to 10 restaurants through cash flow and the current fundraising round.
It is currently exploring further locations in the capital for openings later this year.
