Twisted Burger Co, the food concept by Sheffield based events company Rootstock Trading, is taking a kitchen residency at The Riverside in Sheffield.
The burger concept originated in Rootstock’s live music venue The Harley in Sheffield.
It was created as a casual food offering for live music venues.
Last week Amy Bedford, head of brand management at Rootstock told M&C Report that the group is looking to expand Twisted Burger into similar bars and clubs looking to add food to their repertoire.
Rootstock also runs Tramlines Festival and the Sheffield-based bar, the Wick at Both Ends.
