Roosters Peri Peri, the chicken-led fast-casual and takeaway concept, is set to increase its national presence this year with a number of openings, as it takes its estate passed the 30-site mark.

The 28-strong company, which was founded in 2003 by Khalid Mirza, recently opened a new two-floored restaurant in Bromley and has further openings lined up in Kilburn, Bedford and Oxford.

The group has partnered with Lambert Smith Hampton as it looks to up its expansion plans this year, with the aim of opening up to 10 new sites.

It is looking for A3 and A5 sites in major cities and towns throughout the UK.

Ideally properties will be approximately 1,000sq ft upwards on the ground floor with associated ancillary space.
