Red Dog Restaurants, operator of the Red Dog Saloon and Red Dog Sandwiches, is planning to expand both brands across London and the UK, M&C Report understands.
The group, which is led by Tom Berk, who previously worked as a restaurant and events manager at companies, including Conran Restaurants and Carluccio’s, has hired advisers Restaurant Property to find sites for both brands in London and in target locations such as Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.
It is look for sites varying from 750sq ft for the sandwiches format up to 5,000sq ft for Saloons.
The group opened the second site under the Red Dog Sallon format on the former La Terraza site in Bedford Road, Clapham last April
The first Red Dog Saloon, an American Style BBQ Restaurant, opened in Hoxton Square in June 2011.
Brooke opened a second smaller site next to his original unit called Red Dog Sandwiches in October 2013.
