Harvester, the Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) brand, and the Real China, the Chinese buffet chain, have become the latest operators to sign up for the New Square development in West Bromwich. They join confirmed openings by Nando’s and Prezzo in the scheme, which is scheduled to open later this year. Ruby Tuesday, the US restaurant brand, is believed to have pulled out of opening what would have been its third site in the UK at the development. Real China is thought to be close to securing a further three sites, including one in Manchester. DMR Property advised Real China.
