Prezzo, the Jonathan Kaye-led restaurant group, has secured a site at The Galleria, Hatfield, for its eponymous brand.
The group has taken the Ilaichi world cuisine restaurant site at the development for an opening later this year.
Earlier this month, the group reported a 14% increase in adjusted EBITDA to £12.6m for the 26 weeks to 30 June 2013 and said it remained confident of “delivering a satisfactory outcome for the whole year”.
It plans to open in Windsor, Leeds, Oxford and Wembley during the second half of the year and anticipates opening approximately 30 new restaurants in 2013.
