Prezzo has secured a new site at Bromley South Central in Kent, the new mixed-use scheme that is due to be completed in autumn 2014.
The 3,767sq ft restaurant will trade alongside Las Iguanas and Nando’s as well as a nine- screen Vue cinema, a 130-room Premier Inn hotel and 200 new apartments.
Brandon Elmon, director at Davis Coffer Lyons who secured the site for the chain, said: “We have worked extensively with Prezzo over the years. It is a fantastic brand and we are delighted to have been able to help it expand to become the successful chain it is today. We are currently in the process of finalising another deal for the company, which we hope to be able to announce later this summer.”
Insight Retail also acted on the deal.
