PizzaExpress will open its first UK airport restaurant at London’s Gatwick this month.
The venue, opening 20 May, will be the first and only PizzaExpress in the UK serving a breakfast menu.
Available from 3:30am to 11am, the breakfast offer includes dishes like the Italian Bacon & Egg Pizza, Smashed Avocado & Poached Eggs on dough, and a classic English breakfast with a PizzaExpress twist of Dough Sticks, Pancetta & Maple Syrup Pancakes, and Breakfast Dough Balls.
The restaurant will also serve signatures like the American Hot, calzones, pastas, and desserts.
The news comes after a number of brands opened at Gatwick Airport over the past year, including BrewDog, The Breakfast Club, Black Sheep Coffee, Greggs, and Krispy Kreme.
