Pizza Pilgrims: ‘We can be a gateway for people’s careers’

Ahead of the opening of its first hospitality training academy this month, Pizza Pilgrims co-founder Thom Elliot has said the social enterprise will not only train future Pilgrim employees, but also act as a “gateway to work.”
