Soho House, the bar, restaurant and members’ club group led by Nick Jones, is believed to be in talks to replace Busaba Eathai at Bicester Village with its Pizza East brand, M&C Report understands.

If successful, the site would mark the first regional opening for the brand, which currently operates sites in Shoreditch, Kentish Town and Portobello.

Busaba Eathai exited it’s only out of London site last week when the lease ended. It is now running a pop-up at the scheme

Soho House is currently in talks to launch in Brighton, as part of the development of the city’s seafront.

Plans have been submitted for the group to open Dirty Burger, Chicken Shop and Pizza East restaurants, plus a private members club at the 1,296sq m development, which is proposed for 6-8 The Terraces on Madeira Drive, a site which sits opposite Brighton’s East Pier above the city’s Sealife Centre aquarium.

The group told M&C Report last year that it was gearing up to launch multiple sites under its Pizza East, Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger brands and was starting to look at possible opportunities for the concepts outside London.
